La condición de ciudad capital: Puerto CarlosI hereby grant city status to Port Charles, in Greater-Salamanca (the bigger isle), and also I grant the honour of being the seat of government for the Salamancan Isles. Puerto Carlos tiene la condición de ciudad. Es en el Salamanca Major (el mas grande isla), y tambien tiene el honor de estar el ciudad capital por Las Islas Salamancas.I now set up my residence in this great city and celebrate this grand occasion by setting up a palace made entirely of fortified glass. Plans will be drawn up in the near future. Ahora, vivo en esta ciudad y por la occasión hago un palacio de cristal.Additionally TambienCoat of Arms:

May I suggest a celebratory event, such as a festival/rememberence day for this glorious occasion?

No. We can suggest my birthday as a glorious festival, but there's no one around for the festivities.
I've done a coat of arms for Puerto Carlos, but I can't be bothered to upload it to image shack.

Actually, on second thoughts, I'd prefer to set this holiday to either the 9th November or a day in June.

Edit: new coat of arms reflecting new graphics software. Can't do heraldry speak as well as I thought so here's a basic description: Quarterly, 1st quarter His Royal Highness' coat of arms, 2nd quarter the Laughton coat of arms as found on www.laughton.com in honour of Charles whom the city is named after, third quarter an owl representing freedom and wisdom and, 4th St. Michael's cross. Yes, this coat of arms is a lot about me, isn't it?

Thanks for the positive feedback I'm enjoying Inkscape, makes life a lot easier to draw these things with vector images than in MS Paint
