I only ask this because using one system will make things immensely easier to manage and regulate; whereas for two systems you would need to have dual sets of numbers.
I'm not saying we can't use another ruleset if we follow one, but we should all generally agree on one set of rules to initially set things up by.

I'd support Anunia as a default ruleset but I wouldn't mandate it, so I won't vote in the poll unless I'm knowing what I'd be voting Anunia to be...

Well we can't follow both, so we've gotta choose to use one or the other. If states opt to use two different rule sets then there will be gaps and discrepancies in the numbers and people will get upset.

May I add, as the writer of Anunia, that it's based on SNARL, but explains the areas SNARL sort of glosses over (including a number of the unit values ... instead of just Plane = 1000, Ship = 5000, Carrier = 12500 which was crazily too high). It also allows a little extension in developing units and defences that exist before the war the war, which is probably very good for states in developing themselves ...

I'm supporting the Anunia rules, I've heard of SNARL being too over the top before, and not efficient enough, so I believe we should go for the Anunia set.

Well it seems the poll is overwhelmingly in favor of Anunia anyways, so based on that I shall attempt to begin discerning things for initial numbers and distribution.
